Apparently my account is in the wrong name yet the number i use is mine and has always been mine. I opened up a cellphone and ****le contract with the network yet i get none of my benefits, ZERO!!!!! however every month i am still billed the full amount. When the consultants call you they give you so much attitude and are just as useless as the service provider
