Firstly this is a complaint that I am dealing with on my dads behalf as he has only taken out contracts with Cell C for me. At the Midlands Mall branch in pmb a staff member that used to be employed there had taken 2 contract lines valued at R799 each. Now Cell C does not want to do anything about it and are saying he has to pay the money. This is bull**** and I will tarnish Cell Cs name on media as well as social groups. Can they not chase the ****er that has done this. How can they even employ people like this or is this Cell Cs way of making money. What about other customers that dont check their account that this could of happen too? If this is not resolved there will be a ***** charge open against Cell C.
