Good day

I have a contract with Cell C, and the complaint that i have is that they are arguing with me that I haven't pay'd for April and May 2017. After contacting them, I have sent proof of payment for both months, and they still saying that the amount of both months has bounced back. according to Capitec no amount whatsoever has bounced back and cell has received full payment for both months. I've logged case after case and yet i'm not satisfied with the feedback they are giving me. According to they system i'm still due for April and May 2017. please help me
