<p>I called Cell C on the 31 st of March 2017 for an upgrade on an existing prepaid number. The delived a nother sim card to me...I wanted to activate the new sim...whicj was suppose to be linked to my existing number!! Now they told me...it is a total new contract and if I want it linked to my existing number I have to pay R250!!! That was never my request for a new number. But an upgrade from a prepaid to a contract!!!!!!!! I RATE IT 5 STARS FOR MISLEADING COSTUMERS!!!</p>
