<p>I took out a contract with Cell C and i got the surprise of my life when I got double debited. When I enquired I was told i have two contracts but sadly I received one number. I have been paying for some Cell C employee to have a joy ride on my account. No resolution as been provided, I have not been refunded and I am conviced that you cannot trust Cell C with your banking details.</p>
