I am an expat working in Zambia. I only visit South Africa once or twice a year . Just before I left South Africa I opened three new cell c contracts for me , my wife and my son . These contracts were supposed to expire in March 2016. Can you imagine how big my surprise was when I visited South Africa in April to find out that all my three contracts have been upgraded by Cell c direct , and not just any upgrades !! . Two were upgraded with IPHONE 6 S's and the other with a NOTE 5. These are very expensive contracts . How can someone do upgrades on my name if my sim card is with me in Zambia and the number is not working in Zambia. I reported the matter at cell c George and the lady was very helpful. I would really like for someone from Cell C to contact me and explain how something like this is possible because you need to verify if the person you talk to is the contract owner and you have to produce id on delivery . In the meantime I am just the guy who has to pay someone' s upgrade . I have included my ***** case ref nr . Hope to hear from someone soon !!!!!!

Despite of numerous emails to you , you don't even have te decency to respond to one of them !!. I am now to the point that i had enough . I am trying to get a email or number of one of the managers at cell c . Hopefully they will be of more help than you are . I am flying back to SA today to bury my brother who passed away on the weekend . I WILL make contact with someone in head office and explain how unhelpful you are . I am so frustrated with cell c at this moment . When it comes to taking your money they are so quik but when they have to resolve a problem that was caused by them then they disappear quikly . I hope this message reach someone that can do something about this problem . Cell c has just become a name on my list that i can scratch off permanently !!!!!!
