A lady from Cell C phoned me and asked me if I want a contract. I told her I cannot afford any more debt. Then she said to me she will upgrade my phone although the upgrade is only in May 2016. I told her that is fine. When I received the phone and I wanted to do a sim swap they told me she sold me a new phone. I phoned Cell C and Nontu told me to return the phone. I did that but now they are charging me for the contract. I sent the phone back in Jan 2016 already. this is the 2nd *****ulant attempt on my phone. the previous time I got an sms that my phone was upgraded although my phone is upgradebly as yet. if you phone Cell C you do not get any answer. I have hold on for over an hour. I am resigning from Cell C and will never ever go back to Cell C
