On 13 January I received an alert that Cell C is doing a credit check under my name. I tried calling on the very day and sent an email and till today no one called back. I have never app**** for a contract and this is a second incident. I then called today on the 021 number and spoke to a Zinhle and she said she can't help and transfers my call to nonto. I then explained what happened and she says that according to her records I have done an upgrade and yet I am still waiting on cell c to refund the last incident. She told me that the phone is already on its way to some building in town and I do not know where that is, but she can only send comms to try stop delivery if it's not too late. Then only something can be done afterwards. I am getting tired of these upgrades which have wrong details. This person whoever they are give wrong residential address and my old workplace and telephone, it's obvious cell c does not check with employer and trans Union on the details hence I update it for these reasons.
