Today I checked my Clear score report and to my surprise and utter shock I see that I have a cell c contract. I last had a Cell C contract in 2021 and after almost a year of struggling to close it, it was eventually close and just to find that I was in default with an amount of R3000 for a contract I took out in 2016 but was renewed and the one I closed in 2021.. I paid what I owed because no one at Cell C could help me.. For a few months there was nothing on my Clear score report just to find an amount owing to Cell C on this month's report. I feel like opening a case of ***** against this company because its taken me almost 20 months to cancel a contract and to clear my report.. just to find I have an open contract with them..
