Fradulent contract concluded

I had a contract with Cell C which expired last month in June. I recently found out that my brother took another Cell C contract with my name. This is absolutely **********, I later found out that Charmaine Shelembe was the one helping my brother in taking the contract. I'm very disappoint and i feel very unsafe. I requested that she (Charmaine) call me back so that i can get to the bottom of this, but till today no one has called me back. I think the next step that i will be taking is opening a case of ***** as I never took a second contract with Cell C. The cellphone number in question is ***. I never had a problem with Cell C but after this i do not think i will ever want to contract with them ever.
