FOUR MONTHS BATTLING TO RESOLVE MY ACCOUNT

I am sick and tired of hearing from your accounts department that I owe you money. This going om for 4 months!!!! Money was allocated incorrectly. Send emails approximately 20 times with all POPs. Received confirmation that this is resolve. And still not. Is there anyone in this useless company that can resolve this????? Or read the emails and respond to them and resolve this freaken issue that I am apparently not allowed too get pics off
