Forms and POP lost
We went in to upgrade with the acount holder. 1st we paid and filled in the upgrade forms, after that they said they need payslips otherwise they cant upgrade us. they did sent the information to them but when we called to confirm if we can upgrade, they informed us they have lost the forms we need to fill this in. we have done so. now they have said we need to pay the upgrade amount again.
