Forget You Cell C! Useless!!

Cell C should just close doors, from their customer service agents to the ones handling complaints, bunch of uselessness! I have been waiting for cell c to sort out this sham of a contract they sold me, brought **************** claiming I will have Black for three months for free then pay for it there after if I chose to! Lies, unprofessional staff, today I received a call from their unprofessional agent who sounded just as clueless as the rest of cell c about this product, he promised me that he was going to call me today at 7pm as he did not want to disturb me while I was at work to help me troubleshoot this Black , it's almost 8pm and dololo phone call. Useless Cell C, end of May I want this nonsense cancelled, I will continue to pay for the router, MWeb here I come, I will probably be happier now like the rest of my friends who are on MWeb. Load of Nonsense!!! Last agent who called me from their complaints department told me a senior manager will contact me, knowing cell c and the uselessness they possess I asked her after how many years will I receive this call from the so called manager and she said she doesn't know sounding cold and unprofessional!! NONSENSE!!!
