Forever paying penalty
<p>I have two contracts with Cell c , FOr the month of June i paid late and it was the first time it happened and i phoned them and they said for the first time they wont charge any penalty..ok in September i skiped payment and paid double in August including the penalty and Now they debited my account and still charged penalty FOR WHAT?????</p>
