Forcing unwanted contract change.
I'm disgusted at your customer service. I called you telling you that the contract you are forcing me on to will not work for me as I use far more voice and data monthly and wanted to stay on the same contract. I got told Id be called back.
Over a week later I received a call, I explained the situation and the person on the phone did not care at all. They were exceptionally unhelpful and completely unwilling to hear me out. I rated the service poorly and said my issue wasn't resolved.
NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. MY DISAPPOINTMENT IS MASSIVE. DISGUSTING CELL C!
