Forcing old stock on to customers

Besides cellc and network issues and so on i didn't really have problems and my wife and i have been customers for many years but two weeks ago i had an upgrade which i went to cell c the glen to do and decide to include a huawei watch which i request the latest one and i was told was the GT 4 and unknowingly i went along with it and when i requested a different color they said it would be a very long wait yet just a week later the GT5 was launched . so basically i was just ******* into buying something old to get rid of stock and after contacting the store with the hopes of getting my purchas amendment i was given long stories and told i would get a call back . as a loyal customer to the brand i see that as very unfair treatment and would have expected batter customer service
