Forcing incorrect devices on customers just to hit sales targets

Cell C Is Pushing Sales Targets at the Expense of Customer Service I took out a contract with Cell C on 29 July 2025, with a clear telephonic agreement on a specific device. However, the service quotation listed an incorrect device. I raised the issue, and both Vuyelwa (sales agent) and Kabelo (manager) acknowledged the mismatch. A new request was submitted — but again, the wrong device was captured. I highlighted the error a second time, yet they still proceeded to force the delivery of the incorrect product, which I explicitly said I would not accept. This has caused unnecessary delays, inconvenience, and frustration. Multiple complaint emails and calls have gone unanswered or unresolved. Today is 6 August 2025, and the issue remains unresolved. Cell C’s handling of this situation reflects a serious lack of customer service. Forcing incorrect devices on customers just to hit sales targets is completely unacceptable
