Forced to take contact with Glo Cell and not with Cell C

<p>I am sorely dissappointed that ever since Altech Autopage we have been forced to take our contracts with GloCell and not with Cell C directly. Glo Cell have been extremely unprofessional and have made having a contract with Cell C the worse experience i have ever had with any provider. I do not received notifications of time when my data is depleted. Glocell waits to charge me Hundreds of Rands before it tells me the data is depleted. If I check my data balances the balances are incorrect, they show me I have data when I do not. I queried it with Glocell and asked to cancel the data on my contract the lady from the call centre basically told me it is my own fault that the data was excessively over as I do not know how to operate my own phone, as she has the same phone and this does not happen to her. Glocell refuses to cancel my data package on my contract!!! as i wished to take a data with Cell C directly. Ever since Glocell has taken over from Altech Autopage their service and my deals with my provider have been ***********, unprofessional and grossly negligent. i use to get lots of benefits with Cell C with Altech, now my experience on Cell C network has declined drastically!!!</p>
