Forced to provide all details for spam

So I send a complaint to Cell C yesterday about them sending me spam. An advert for \what happened today in history"if you want to know please phone and pay R1 a day. Problem is I was forwarded this advert four times and when I send stop to the number I was forwarded the advert again.<br> <br> This morning the help desk phoned and I had to confirm all my details"
