Forced to pay for a phone I know mothing about

<p>I had a contract with Cell which I cancelled after 24 months coz I chose not to upgrade back in March,and then in April an amount of R766 was deducted from my account by Cell when I phoned them they said I had taken a new phone a Samsung note 5 I told them I knew nothing about the phone and that I had cancelled my contract but they deducted (R 766) twice in May I had to resort to changing banks because of them.They asked to fax them an affidavit,my ID copy and bank statement which I did back in April but they still want me to pay for the phone and now I am being harassed by their lawyers.I have been phoning them and pleading with them but they say I should just pay for the phone.</p>
