Forced into subscription

I have been unhappy with Cell C as a service provider for a long time and cancelled my contract with them as I had a R99 2gigs a month data contract which lead to me being billed for hundreds of rands instead of what I had signed up for. I consequently cancelled my contract and it was cut for a couple of weeks. Now it has been activated again without my permission.<br> I am completely unhappy about this and would like the contract cancelled and my funds refunded as I have not requested this service.
