Forced Interest Charges
<p>I contacted the Cell C customer service to cancel my debit order and they told me they can't. Since having a debit order with them is compulsory, I really don't get it. Because at the end of the day I'm going to pay my contract, but the decide to charge interest which I'm not going to pay. They will keep threatening you that your services will be suspended if you do not pay. I'm not going to make any payment, as their installment was paid. I'm really not upgrading anymore with Cell C after my contract ends. Their service sucks big time, I even regret having a contract with them.
