For two years no statements

<p>I have been trying for over two years to get statements out of Cell C sent to me every month. They simply stopped sending them without saying anything. I was nice and kind. But ultimately nothing came of my patience despite the repeated promises and even renewing my contract. But my post on Facebook today (which I post below) tells you how bad it is:</p> <p>It is now 778 days since I last received a FULL (Read: Itemised) statement from Cell C without phoning for it, despite numerous phone calls and reference numbers. Everybody, please share this posting just so that Cell C knows how bad their service is. For the Cell C operator, of this website, I would like you to go to your superiors and then come back and explain here on this public forum (where you guys tell us how good you are) how come I don't receive statements, especially since you are CHARGING ME FOR SENDING the statements as well as the itemized billing. Let's keep it public open and transparent. You will be able to find my number attached to the reference numbers ********** ********** 18, ********** 988, ********** 679, ********** 696, ********** 762, ********** 394, ********** 116, ********** 756, ********** ********** 17 (call recording number), ********** 078, ********** 966, ********** 666, ********** 119, ********** 278, ********** 079, ********** 189. Every time I call you guys, some one phones me and promises to sort it out and I seem to collect reference numbers. But reference numbers are not statements. Also on the 24th, they tweeted that they had couriered me my statements. The courier is yet to arrive! "The Power is in Your Hands" to sort this out. Remember, all you need to do is print the FULL ITEMISED statement out, stick it in an envelope, lick it closed and send it!</p>
