For a communication network, your communication sucks
6 yrs ago I entered a dispute with these people, why should I pay for a full months service after they cut it off after 12 days.
They have never contacted me in those 6yrs nor have I spoken to any of their lawyers ( which the call center person today 05/10/2024 told me it was handed over).
I had disputed it in multiple emails cause a I could never get hold of them. The only reason I know its not resolved is cause these people have put it on my name and tanked my credit score for some stupid amount of R5800 and the last statement I received in Sept 2018 was R2200 which was disputed. Service was cut in Oct 2018 which would have made outstanding R3300, but no, they decide to claim 6 months of "service" when they submitted it to my credit score without even informing me why or how.
They debited my bank account with random amounts from R50 to R300 during that time( Sept 2018) to try and collect by not sorting out the dispute. I even changed my bank account and I still heard nothing, only a demand for R5800 in Nov 2018 and again in Sept 2019
