Follow up to my review dated 31 May 2023

I received a reply from Hello Peter on 31 May 2023 at 10:30am replying that Cell C has rep**** privately to my complaint which I posted on your site on 31 May 2023 at 10:08am. I would like to know to what platform did they reply because we received absolutely nothing from Cell C via email, sms nor a call. Please advise the way forward.
