Follow up on Cell C non responsive ***** department
I have written about the ********** account opened in my name with Cell C and Cell C debiting my bank account without my authorisation. The message was posted on 30 June 2021. I haven't even gotten a feedback on my case from Cell C. I want the issue to be resolved as soon as possible because I'm afraid come month end Cell C is going to debit my account again with another huge amount. I tried their call centre agents as always they didn't help with anything.
