Follow up on bad service

I have sent in my phone for repirs twice and my phone is still under contract and warenty. I recieved my phone back from CellC repairs and they have advised me that my phone is BER. ( BEYOUND ECONOMICAL REPAIRS).<br> I am sitting with a contract and no phone.
