Flippant regard for poor service

<p>Cell C has been quite comfortable to continuously expect me to wait on them as they waste away services that I am forced to continue paying for despite the fact that they refuse to fix/replace the faulty unit they supp**** me with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now had to return my phone for the 3rd time for them to fix the exact same fault. This is the second time I am being expected to wait through the full extent of their bloated SLA because they are selfishly resolved to not take responcibility for a faulty unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>They brush off my complaints by saying that it is different problems and are refusing to accept that they have done a poor job at thoroughly seeing through the process of actually repairing my unit. Furthermore they have a complete disinterest to try help me, a customer that has had to continuously fight for even the smallest amount of assistance in getting a much needed device back.</p> <p> </p> <p>To crown it all off the agent at the repair centre arogantly said I should go to social media because they don't care and essentiall are quite comfortable for me to continue paying for something that they refuse to support.</p> <p> </p> <p>The current job number is WPMIL162868.</p> <p> </p> <p>This entire experience has been abominable...</p>
