App**** for a contract, Galaxy Note 10 Lite + Active 2 Watch on a Pinnacle 3GB, and was successfully approved on a Sunday afternoon. Stock arranged by Palesa from the Cresta Store and confirmed Monday morning that all was in order. Received a call later that afternoon from a disappointed Palesa, that there WAS a problem, Even though the contract was approved, deal loaded, stock secured at the store from another; she was unable to process. Escalated to the regional manager to approve and this too was unsuccessful. Received a call from Palesa stating the option available is a lower tier contract at a higher price. She had exhausted all avenues before calling me. Unacceptable from Cell C! How does Cell C go from approved, securing the deal and the stock, only then to not allow the consultant to fulfil the deal and have a smiling customer at the end of the deal. I am absolutely agitated and will probably explain why I have slowly been cancelling contracts or converting to prepaid to retain the number. My deal stock is still at the store and I still want the deal. I am expecting this to be fulfilled.
