No customer service !!! after 4 years CellC decided that they want to list me on the credit bureau for an account I paid up and closed 4 years ago. The manager has refused to take my calls nor can anyone assist me!!! every time I call they can not help and transfer me from one department to another.
No supervisor or manager wants to take my call as they are always busy. They do not even call back!!!
