Fixing my WhatsApp problem

After trying unsuccessfully to get help from a number of different people, Shaun at the Waterfront store was finally able to fix my problem. He painstakingly examined every setting on my phone, tried a variety of different options and persevered until he was able to solve the problem. His desire to find a solution and willingness to keep trying, as well as his ability to think out of the box when required is sadly something I don't often come across in so called customer service, so I feel it should be be commended. My experience with the branch manager, Feroz, indicates that he drives this service ethic in the branch, and I believe he is an asset to Cell C, as I don't think I would still be with Cell C if not for him (my service with Cell C Direct being abysmal in the past). So cudos and thanks to both Shaun and Feroz!
