fixed my situation

after 4months of bitter feeling with my service provider i finally got assistance through hello peter ,this voice is loud for us customers ,thank you to cell c for finnaly doing the right thing and the agent that hellped me by following protocol and letting the company stand by its word .... for future i wish companies could look into quality service for us there customers as its only the right thing to do , i have my money back and finally can afford to breath this month without cringing every time i make a call or data charged <br> <br> thank you to the agent that helped me
