Fixed lte issues cell c trying to get rid of customers?

My Fixed lte have not been working for a week now, after numerous calls and follow up I am informed that there is no time line for a resolution.

I am paying for a service I am not receiving and having to go on expenses to get a workable connection due to cell c’s incompetence.

If I do not get an update during the following business day I will log a case with icasa to get a resolution and claim back all the expenses.

Is this in connection with cell c’s decision to stop the fixed lte contracts???
