Fixed LTE

I opened a LTE fixed wireless contract a couple months ago. I am in full coverage for this service and I chose the highest package they offer. Since day one it has been absolutely pathetic. My internet speed is constant around 1mbps to 2mbps. I am literally unable to do anything on it. I can barely load a website without waiting 5 minutes for it to load.

I contacted their customer support, which responded pretty quickly, I did everything they said with no improvements at all. They then escalated my problem to Cell C themselves which have done absolutely nothing about it. I haven’t received any follow up emails or even a phone call. It is pathetic to be offering a service in which you can not provide.

If this issue isn’t sorted out. I am definitely cancelling my contract and changing providers completely.

I would not recommend Afrihost Fixed LTE or any Cell C services as it is a huge waste of money and a pathetic service. I do understand that certain things are out of Afrihosts control but they should definitely reconsider the ISP they are using.
