FIX MY DATA PLAN!!!!

I have been a humble and loyal customer will Cell C for multiple years. I feel that i am always getting misleading information from the contact centre. I have recently signed up for a 2nd line connection with the company. This has taken place in January 2018. I always get told to view my balance of the data on the Cell C app BUT IT JUST DOES NOT WORK! SECONDLY.. I call up every week to check the data and the plan that i signed up for . 1. i get told im receiving 20GB split equally into day and night data . 2. Then i get told im on a 40GB as a 10GB is added as a promo 3.When i call again i get told im on a 30GB plan split equally for day and night data.

WHAT THE HECK IS THE ACTUAL PLAN ???

when i check the data depleting texts they always just added up to 10GB

I am doubting this company majorly.

why is it that when ever i want to speak to a manager for more clarity i get told there is no one. im sure you guys are 24/7???

Please rectify this situation, If There is no promo added on to what i signed up for in the beginning , i do expect you to rectify this issue and reimburst me for the months that i had no promo data or break the contract so that i do not have any dealings with you any longer.
