Fix my credit profile

Can u please explain why and when are u gona clear my name that shows that I'm in arrears on my Credit profile after payments were made and update!!After several mails and calls so I'm asking To Fix It but still waiting What are the reason for this treatment I'm all these years a loyal paying customer i hope u can give me and explanation. It is truly unfair
