Fix my ****
Cell c online sales sends me a wrong phone so I return it. I said not to send me a wrong phone. Now they deducted twice for something I don't have. Everytime when I want to cancel it they ask me for a RMA number which I never got. They put me through to a department for the RMA number but they never pick up. I'm frustrated of how many times I phone and be disappointed. How long must I suffer now.
