Finrite is a ****

I lost my phone a huawie p20 lite .I reported to Telkom and my phone was closed and I opened a case at the police station .afterwards I tried reporting the matter to Telkom finrite they do not respond or pick up any calls and emails as well .They only send automated emails .I have tried reaching Telkom on their Facebook account and pages they said they are following the matter but they do not respond anymore ..till I said i will sue them they rep**** for some couple of weeks and never again .I lost my phone. During November 2019 till now I'm not getting any help or progress but the monthly bills are deducted regularly
