Financial Service Providers or Financial Services Pickpockets. Unauthorized debts

I have been a loyal Cell C customer for the past 20 years but the experiences that I have been having with them is appalling. Cell C has for the past few months being doing unauthorized debt orders. Amounts that far exceed my monthly payment and when I question these debts I'm told I'm in arrears when that is not the case. My account is up to date contract ending in a few months and I am not renewing it Cell C has lost a loyal customer as you guys are abusing your FSP license by irregular debts when payment are up to date. Trusting CellC as an entity that can take our hard earned money without an invoice is what we have come to as they they take money at will that is theft. So Cell C is not only providing its clients with network coverage but also pick pocketing us. My funds are not being reversed head office can't help me get my funds back the branch can see the fault and are assisting me by activating my line as it is being suspended when Cell C is owing me money that they credited irregularly from my account with no invoicing which is basically ***** and for over 6 months my funds aren't reversed and this month another irregular debit order which I will be reversing by my bank as Cell C can not be trusted with our money as they have graduated from network providers to *******. I am currently looking at legal advice on the matter as Cell C is abusing us as clients financially and see how I can go about canceling my contract as I was told at the branch that if I close my account my money which is about R5800 will be forfeited to Cell C. At the rate that things are I am even considering canseling contract and forfeiting funds as I am at risk of one day waking up and Cell C has done a debt order for a phone thats a price of a mortgage an amount even Cell C can't explain like how they are failing to resolve this matter when there is record of them taking my funds and not returning them.I fear that I may lose more from this new unsigned for pyramid scheme.I have been a loyal Cell C client since it was "Coming November" and you have lost me as a client for your failed customer service and your new found pick pocketing skills. All my family and friends are being told about this in hopes of saving people of troubles like this as alot of people are having this issue what if you don't see your debit orders how many people have been ****** how many people have given up on their families hard earned money for greedy corporates Steinhoff showed them it can be done now we are being ****** by Corporates.
