Finally received my device after almost a year

I had a contract with Cell C and lost my device which I had Insurance, paid access fee and everything but they gave me run arounds and never delivered as they were supposed to, long story short after I wrote reviews here and sent complaint emails my account was took over by a lady called STHEBILE from "CELL C INSURE" I just don't know her surname, that lady spoke to me with respect and acknowledged that cell c was at fault, she apologized on behalf of the Compnay and promised that a new device will be ordered, within 3working days my new phone was delivered, I would like to appluas STHEBILE for her outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction.
