Finally........ Problem fixed!

What can I say....?

After months of back and forth fighting, innumerable calls, countless visits to stores and tremendous frustration we FINALLY have a resolution to the issue we were experiencing. (no network at all since December 2020) Our thanks and appreciation go to Lebo from the Cradlestone store for being the only person at Cell C who actually took this issue seriously and came up with a solution that fixed the problem. She should get a medal and a huge increase for her patience, understanding, incredible customer service and out of the box thinking. Lebo, you are a Super Star! Thank you for helping us and alleviating our frustration and for putting up with my sarcasm and irritation.
