Finally a Cell C branch that helped

After canceling my contract with Autopage (MTN) in Sept 2014 I have been trying to port my existing number to Cell C through the Menlyn branch. I was sent from pillar to post between Autopage, Cell C and MTN after unsuccessful porting, the one company blaming the other for the problem and no one really knowing what's happening or caring. After a complaint to Cell C head office, I kept getting calls from *********** people time and again confirming identity and asking technical questions about their system? Finally got to the only gem in Cell C at Campus Square in Johannesburg. Douglas, together with the branch owner went above and beyond. It wasn't an easy process, MTN still denying holding back the porting system. Also, very late in the game after a formal complaint to MTN found Ahmed Saley that finally worked with Douglas to get this resolved. Thank you very, very much. After many months of running around, my number was finally ported.
