Fifth time taking in Blackberry Z3 for repairs

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the fifth time i have had to take in my blackberry Z3 For Repairs, Nelly Mamotheti from Cell C Hello Peter called me the last time asking me what i needed i asked for a swop to a Huwaei Ascend 7 which she promised she will arrange but to my surprise when i went and collected the phone at Montana Cell C it was again the Z3 which i have now taken in for the fifth time yesterday. </p> <p> </p> <p> I dont think i've ever been so dissappointed and appauled by Cell C Very Very Very poor service and their staff making promises they cant keep, why lie to a customer when you could have just told No, Or I am unable to.</p> <p> </p> <p>This time round come hell or high water i want the huwaei Ascend 7 instead of Cell c sending me a unrepairable Z3 which keeps on giving problems</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time I am left stranded without a cell phone to use because of Cell C inmcompetence and unability to understand what their customers are going through.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C has no empathy or sympathy</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Algene Anderson</p> <p> </p> <p>***</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
