Fibre slower than lte

I paying for 20 mbps line and only getting 2mbps. I have complained so many times yet when they fix it it works for a week or 2 then it goes back down. Others companies upgrade their clients when they get such bad speeds continuously but not cell c they would rather loose a long standing client than offer anything better. Your service sucks
