Fibre Poor Service

I am so frustrated and disappointed with the service from Cell C and Open Serve, i have been waiting for my fibre installation , i queried prior to signing agreement whether this will be done by 1 June when i move to my new place and i was assured by the consultant. I am so frustrated because i work from home and not having internet means I can’t do my job.

5 days later i still have no internet just excuse after excuse, i really regret getting myself involved with Cell C and Open Serve... i can only imagine what it’s going to be like once i have internet and encounter issues
