Fibre lines

I am with Cell C Fibre for one year. First we had a 10mbps line then we upgraded to a 25mbps line then 50mbps line now we on 100mbps but still network is as bad as can be. We receive only 27mbps on 100mbps line uncapped unthrothel and still our netflix and showmax is buffering so tell me what is the use of having a network that does not support your needs. We cancelled our contract now we have to pay in but what about all the time you guys throtle us or not providing full line
