Fibre line not released

It is now a month later and Cell C still has not released my fibre line so that I can go to a new ISP. Cell C cancelled my line in error and listed me incorrectly on the credit bureau for a mistake on their side. I keep on being told that Cell C released my line, but when my new ISP tries to activate it, Vumatel just says that it is not released. Everytime I phone Cell C they advise that the line was released at the house I stayed 3 years ago and not my current residence and then they just close the ticket

CAN IT BE SO DIFFICULT TO RESOLVE????

I am working from home and I am losing income due to the no care attitude from Cell C!!!!!!

Can someone please take responsibility to resolve my issue!!!! PLEASE!!!!
