Fibre down time and cell c never answera my calls

My Fibre line has been down since yesterday 26 Feb from 5pm. I have called cell c numerous times but they keep cutting my calls and no one ever gets back to me. My Fibre line is essential to my work and now I'm suffering huge loses due to cell c. Not the 1sr time this has happened and nothing gets done about it
