<p> I opened a contract with cell c over the phone, the guy who helped me Sifiso Dlamini was so helpful while he was still making his sale. the trouble comes in when you deliver the wrong device to me , the one i specifically said that i dont want. It took you you guys a single day to deliver the wrong device... it takes you forever to exchange it. i have been calling countless times, i am sitting with a device that i dont want at all.</p>

23 Aug 2016, 11:53The only person that contacted e is the person that told me that someone else will call me. I dont want to have to cancel my contract with you just because of poor service. Tomorrow makes it a week since ive had this device in my possession, the same device that i specifically said i do not want.
