Feeling Cheated & Frustrated

I have a cellphone contract with Cell C. I recently went into a cell c store and took a pamphalet for a Huawei LTE WIFI router for R99 per month. Then I did a telephonic contract as an existing customer over the telephone with an Mpho Mohale from Sales. Then I had to call back after a while to check progress . she called after a few days but at first told me I was declined, then I asked why as I was good paying customer by debit order and had even sent all the required docs. She said my contract was accepted When they eventually deliver the router, i open it and to my surprise it was not a Huawei router as per our contract but a ZTE router.I spoke to a senior who convinced me that that router did the same thing. only then did I try to operate it and it refused to work and then it was a few more days more them to fetch it for assessment and then I had to phone them yesterday and I was told the router was defective but they did not have stock and I will get it by monthend. then she told me coz the contract was active I will be debited this month even though I dont have router and it was their fault.I am not paying for their mess up. I am still waiting for response from them.
